Welcome to Bali Tour and Activities (BTA). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Use.
General Information
- BTA operates tours and activity packages in Bali, Indonesia.
- Services include private car/driver arrangements, guided tours (upon request), and third-party activities such as rafting, ATV, diving, and similar experiences.
- By booking with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
Booking & Payment
- Bookings can be made through our website, email, or WhatsApp.
- To confirm a booking, payment of 50% or full amount is required via PayPal in USD (IDR payments will be converted to USD).
- Guests have the option to pay for entrance tickets or activity fees directly at the destination if they are only using BTA for transportation.
- The remaining balance (if any) must be paid before or on the day of your tour/activity.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation more than 2 days before the activity: 50% charge applies (50% refund).
- Cancellation within 2 days of the activity: 100% charge (no refund).
- No-show: no refund.
User Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for having valid travel documents, insurance, and being medically fit for activities.
Limitation of Liability
- BTA is not liable for delays, accidents, cancellations, or changes caused by weather, traffic, natural conditions, or third-party providers.
Intellectual Property
- All website content (text, images, itineraries, logos, designs) is owned by BTA and cannot be copied or distributed without permission.
Governing Law
- These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
